Product Description

High-Performance VOCs Catalyst Solutions for Industrial Air Purification

The VOCs Catalyst is an advanced environmental technology designed for the destruction of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) through catalytic oxidation. Operating at much lower temperatures than thermal incineration, this specialized catalyst selectively breaks down toxic industrial organic gases, converting them into harmless carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor (H2O). It stands as a critical solution for global facilities aiming to achieve zero-emission targets and strict compliance with air quality regulations.

Introduction & Diverse Applications

Volatile organic compounds are generated across numerous manufacturing and chemical processes, causing severe atmospheric pollution and odor concerns. The GRACE VOCs catalyst utilizes a high-surface-area substrate paired with highly active noble metals (such as Platinum and Palladium) or transition metal oxides to accelerate destruction kinetics.

This technology is widely deployed across specialized industrial applications:

  • Petrochemical & Chemical Plants: Treating complex process vents and storage tank emissions.
  • Coating & Printing Lines: Abating solvents, alcohols, and acetates from drying ovens.
  • Electronics Manufacturing: Mitigating organic gases from semiconductor and display fabrication cleanrooms.
  • Industrial Kilns & Ovens: Eliminating residual organic compounds from exhaust streams.

Technical Advantages

  • Low Operating Temperature: Achieves over 95% destruction efficiency at temperatures as low as 200°C to 350°C, drastically reducing supplemental fuel consumption.
  • Excellent Thermal Stability: The GRACE formulation resists thermal sintering, maintaining its highly porous active structure during high-concentration exhaust spikes.
  • Low Resistance Design: Engineered with an optimized honeycomb structure to ensure minimal pressure drop, conserving the energy of upstream process fans.
  • High Poisoning Tolerance: Enhanced formulation provides superior resistance to halogen, sulfur, and silicone poisoning, extending the catalyst's service lifespan.

Process Flow & Maintenance

Pre-heating: Industrial exhaust is passed through a heat exchanger to reach the catalyst's optimal (light-off) temperature.

Catalytic Oxidation: Pre-heated gases pass through the GRACE catalyst bed, where hydrocarbons react exothermically with oxygen.

Heat Recovery: The purified hot gas flows through a recovery matrix to preheat incoming exhaust, maximizing thermal efficiency.

Monitoring: Differential pressure sensors and VOC analyzers monitor bed health and overall destruction efficiency.

Operation Guidelines

To optimize the longevity of the catalyst, ensure that the incoming gas stream is free of heavy dust, tars, or liquid droplets, which can mask active sites. Maintain stable inlet temperatures to prevent catalytic deactivation, and avoid sudden thermal shocks.

After-Sales & FAQ

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons Or wooden cases and foam. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CRF, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, Depending on the product specifications, some samples may be provided free of charge, but customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Q7. What's the lead-time for samples?

A: Within 3-7 days for bulk order, 10-15 days for OEM designs and shapes.

Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q9: Are you a manufacturer or trading company ?

A: We are a manufacturer, specialize in catalysts coating, design & research, producing catalytic converter, DOC, DPF ,SCR and related auto parts.

Q10.What certifications do you have?

A: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, RoHS, REACH, CRAA.

Q11: Can the catalyst handle halogenated VOCs?

A: Specialized formulations are available. Standard noble metal catalysts can suffer from reversible or irreversible halogen poisoning; please consult our engineers for specific compound compatibility.

Q12: How do we know if the catalyst needs replacement?

A: A gradual rise in required inlet temperature to achieve the same VOC conversion efficiency indicates normal aging or accumulation of surface masking, which may require professional regeneration.

Service Support: GRACE provides comprehensive lifecycle management, including catalyst activity testing, on-site emission auditing, and specialized thermal regeneration services to restore old catalyst blocks.
