1. Introuduction

For the treatment of VOCs in organic waste gas, the treatment approaches include UV photo-oxygen catalysis, activated carbon adsorption, plasma purification, RCO catalytic combustion, RTO regenerative incineration and so on.
Catalytic combustion waste gas treatment process decomposes waste gas by high temperature oxidation of catalyst, and the purification efficiency is as high as 95%. If the concentration of waste gas is low, it needs to be concentrated to improve the concentration. Common adsorption materials are honeycomb activated carbon and zeolite runner.
